Jimmie Bell, a former Ohio State standout, Rose Bowl and two‑time Big Ten champion, brings a powerful blend of athletic excellence and youth empowerment to the Sembrando Semillas project. After playing professionally in the NFL and NFL Europe, Bell transitioned into a career as a motivational speaker, life coach, and empowerment strategist.

Bell is leading the development of a multi-use sports training facility at La Pica—guiding Puerto Rican youth and community athletes through outreach programs that support college access and athletic scholarships. With his leadership, collaboration, and championship mindset, Bell helps nurture both potential and purpose on and off the field.
